WINTER 2010 SEASON

NEW COMMISSIONER:
 HSG is pleased to announce that KEN WARRIX has been named Commissioner of the National League effective for the Winter 2010 season. Ken is replacing long-time Commissioner SCOTT NICHOLAS, who is taking a break from softball. On behalf of all the Commissioners, a sincere THANK YOU goes out to Scott for several years of service to the league.
HSG OVER 40 OPEN LEAGUE SEEKING TEAMS
 Henderson Sports Group is now accepting applications for full teams to compete in the Spring 2010 OVER 40 OPEN program. Entry fee is $660 per team, and includes all umpire fees, game balls, and playoffs. Team tee shirts may be purchased optionally for an additional $5 per player. All participants must reach the age of 40 before the end of the 2010 calendar year. The Open League debuted with 4 teams in Fall, 2009 and teams compete at a USSSA D+ level.     HSG uses USSSA umpires and abides by USSSA rules. Bats not on this list may be disallowed by the umpire at any time due to safety concerns. Bats on the list are approved for league play.
